TDap Vaccine
A TDap Booster and two doses of the Varicella vaccine are required of all students at Hudson Memorial School. If your student is not in compliance, please provide the nurses with documentation of administration of these vaccines by November 1st. If your student is not in compliance, they are at risk of being served an exclusion letter. Read more
